The minimum basic requirement which you need in order to become compliant on Lantum is three document uploads, and two checks carried out by the Lantum Clinical Governance team if you are registered under a governing body.
It is extremely important that you upload the correct documents, as without these you will not be able to book jobs through the platform.
All documents must be colour scans, crystal clear and with no area cut off the picture. A clear, legible smart-phone photograph of the original document is also fine.
1. CV
2. Enhanced DBS
3. Passport
When all three of your core documents (CV, passport and DBS) have been approved, the Clinical Governance Team will check any relevant governing body you are registered on.
If this is clear, your profile will be approved and you will receive an email immediately. You can then start applying for sessions instantly.
The databases which we check:
GP:
- GMC history and GP Register registration
- National Performer's List status (must be listed as 'registered GP with a license')
Before you upload your documents, have a look at the individual guide for each of these, which contain examples and specific instructions on what you need.
