BACS / Direct Debit consolidated statement
The practice will receive a consolidated statement every week/month (according to your billing cycle) and will then have 14 days to pay it. If you have a direct debit with us payments for all consolidated statements will be charged automatically. Please refer to our Update Your Payment Method guide for more information on different payment methods.
The statement will have a number beginning with 805, the GP jobs numbers starting with 401, the dates of the sessions and the GP’s names.
GP services are VAT exempt, however the Lantum service is not VAT exempt.
Your consolidated statement can be downloaded from your 'billing' tab, by clicking on the 'Lantum Statement 805..' button.
Lantum service fee invoice
The service fee invoice can be found underneath your statement preview on your Billing page.
The invoice number for the Lantum service fee invoice will have the same 805 number as its associated statement. If you pay as per the consolidated statement, this invoice does not need to be paid. This invoice provides a summary of any fees you have paid to Lantum.
The Lantum service fee is a percentage that is paid to Lantum and based on the hourly rate that is set by you.
Lantum Locum Earnings invoices
The locum earnings invoice will be start with a 807 number and provides a summary of the payments Lantum will make to the locum for the specified session.
You will have receive a locum invoice (807) for each session (401). These invoices will include details of the locums name, the relevant session ID (401), hours worked, hourly rate, pension paid and details of any extra charges applicable.
These invoices are named from the locum to the practice but payments should always be remitted via Lantum.
Please Note: Due to legal advice we cannot call the consolidated statement an invoice as it includes locum earnings for work carried out by the locum.
