How does Rocketpay work?
-
- Clinicians invoice for a shift they have worked.
- Lantum pays them on the next business day, directly into the clinician’s bank account around 6:30pm.
- Practices then pay Lantum during their usual payment cycle.
- Available to all types of staff that are not salaried
*Invoices created on Friday - Sunday will be included in Monday’s Rocketpay pay-run
If a clinician is not on Rocketpay they will not be paid until such time as you the practice/site pays the Lantum statement to Lantum.
Once paid to Lantum accounts, the team will process payment to the relevant clinicians.
The practice/site will receive a consolidated statement every week/month (according to your billing cycle) and will then have 14 days to pay it.
Did you know that Rocketpay, our next-day payments service, increases retention by 40% and staff satisfaction up to 98%?
To support you with filling gaps in your schedule, we’re offering free Rocketpay on all sessions to practices when they switch to Direct Debit. By being able to offer free next-day payments on your sessions, you’re more likely to have repeat bookings from GPs, reducing gaps in your rota.
Please note that, in the instance that you cancel your direct debit, your sessions will no longer qualify for free Rocketpay and GPs who work them will have to wait longer to be paid.
Rocketpay and Pension
Pension forms will only become available for you to sign once the consolidated statement has been paid to Lantum accounts. Rocketpay does not change this.
