How to View Who Else is Working

As a clinician, we recognize the significance of knowing who else is on duty, as well as when and where they're working, to ensure optimal patient care. Through Lantum, you can effortlessly access this information.

Instructions:

• Open and log in to your Lantum Account on the app as normal. From the default ‘Schedule’ view, from the top navigation bar, click on ‘Who’s Working’

• A list view will open and default to the current date. You can scroll through the list to see the future days. Shift type and activities will be visible to you in the form of labels, as well as colleague staff grades, and location of shifts.

• Under the main navigation bar on the ‘Who’s Working’ tab, click on the current month. You can easily choose any future or past date that you wish to view the shifts for
