Finding and applying for additional shifts is easy with Lantum. Whenever your Rota Manager posts a shift that is open for applications, you will be able to view it and apply directly to it, through the app
- Open your Lantum app, and log in to your account. Once logged in, click on ‘Find Work’ in the bottom navigation bar
- To view vacant shifts, ensure your filters are set up correctly in the top bar. Click on the postcode to adjust location
- Ensure that your postcode and distance range covers the hospital that you wish to find vacant shifts in
- Click on any specific shifts that you want to apply for to view the details. Once happy with your selection, click ‘Apply’
- You will receive an in-app confirmation once applied to the shift, and the chosen shift will now appear as ‘Applied’
- You can now view the shift you have applied for in your schedule, in a green outline box, marked as ‘Applied’
- Your Rota Manager will get notified automatically and review your application
- Once your Rota Manager accepts the request, you will see the shift change into a filled-out green box marked as ‘Booked’
