Changing your password is fast and easy on the Lantum app. Whether you know your password and just want to update it, or if you have forgotten your password and need to reset it - we have got you covered
How to Change your Lantum Account Password - if you know your current password
- Open your Lantum app, and log in to your account. Once logged in, click on ‘Settings’ in the bottom navigation bar
- Click on ‘My Account’
- Click on ‘Edit’ in the Login Details Section
- Use the ‘Update Password’ form to update your password to a new one. Once you click ‘Change Password’- that’s it, you have successfully changed it!
How to Reset your Lantum Account Password - if you forgot your current password
- Open the Lantum app, if you are currently logged in and would still like to reset your password, log out from the app first. Click ‘Request Reset’ on the main login page
- Enter the email address associated with your account, and click on ‘Request Password Reset’. You will be taken to a confirmation page that a password reset email has been sent
- Please now check your email and follow the attached instructions to complete the password reset of your account. Please note that this email might take a few minutes to be delivered
