When your Lantum account has been set up on your behalf, it has been set up with the contact number and address of your hospital. We recommend updating this information to your personal one so that when necessary, you can be contacted directly
Please note if you’d like to update the email address associated with your account, please get in touch with us directly at rota.support@lantum.com
Step by Step:
- Open your Lantum app, and log in to your account. Once logged in, click on ‘Settings’ in the bottom navigation bar
- Click on ‘My Account’
- Click on ‘Edit’ in the Contact Details Section where you can update your contact number and address
- Once you have filled out the form and clicked ‘Save’ - that’s it, your contact details are now updated
