Clinicians/Staff and Practice/Rota Managers can contact each other about specific session/shift details/issues using the Lantum message centre. If there is something you need to know, you can speak the Practice/Rota Managers directly to ask them a question.
When searching for a job, click 'Details' next to the 'Apply' button to find more information, if you scroll down to Practice Information, underneath the job description, this is where you will find 'Ask practice question' link.
Clicking this opens a message between you and the Practice/Rota Manager, where you can ask any questions directly.
All your messages and conversations are stored in your message centre. You can access this at any time, by clicking the ‘envelope icon’ in the top right-hand corner.
Please use the message centre for all your conversations about a session/shift, as it helps to keep all the exchanges in a single, convenient conversation thread – and you will always have a record of them.
Each message corresponds to the session/shift you are enquiring about:
In the subject column, you will see:
- The relevant session/shift number
- Dates and times of the session
- Practice/site name
To read the thread click ‘Open’
Messages will be displayed in your message centre and a copy will be emailed to your registered email address.
