With so much happening day to day, it’s useful to be able to see the changes and updates made to your shift. In Rota Pro, you can now see this information via a shift’s history.
Here’s how:
First, click on the shift whose history you want to see on the Rota. This will open a card with a summary of information about the shift.
Click History on the bottom of the shift summary card.
The history of the shift will appear to the right-hand side of the screen in the sidebar.
At the top, you’ll see a summary of the most up-to-date information of the shift. You can use this as a reference as you read the history below.
The main section of the history shows the journey your shift has gone through to reach its current state.
The most recent events are displayed at the top of the history, working downwards towards the beginning of the history, when the shift was created.
In the history, you can see:
- Exactly when a shift was created and by who in your team
- Any edits that have been made, for example a change in rate or time.
- Who applied to a shift, and the order in which different clinicians applied
- Whether a clinician has withdrawn from the shift and their reason why
If you need to make any other changes, you can shortcut straight to editing the shift by clicking the Edit shift link at the bottom of the history.
Any changes made by the Lantum team at your request will show up on the history as having been made by ‘Lantum Staff’.
