All your Clinical Governance documentation must be uploaded to your online profile. There are 3 core documents (CV, DBS and passport) required as a minimum before you can be fully approved and verified which are detailed here.
Our in-house Clinical Governance team aim to review documents usually within 1 business day. Our working hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm (excluding bank holidays). The process may take a little longer during busy periods such as CCT weeks or when staff are on annual leave.
Please make sure you read the prompts carefully before uploading a document onto your account. This can avoid the potential of your document being rejected.
You will know if your Lantum account is approved when your 3 core documents are approved and a green banner on the left hand side states: You are approved to find work on Lantum - please see screenshot below:
Any pending documents will show in grey as as Awaiting Approval:
When documents are approved, the document field will state Approved in green:
When a document is rejected for any reason, this will be highlighted in red at the top of the documents upload page and information will provided on what is required. You will have the option to Re-upload the document:
If you upload a document that is not compliant, you will also receive an email with the same information. We advise that you check your spam/junk mail.
