Your pension form was generated when you created your invoice however it has not been returned - what should you do?
Lantum automatically forwards your invoice and pension form to the practice after you have completed the session/shift. If the practice has set up Autosign then your form A will be automatically signed once the practice has paid the statement to Lantum. If not, it is then up to the practice's responsibility to sign, stamp and return the form to you in good time before the 10 week cut-off.
If you have not received your pension form back from the practice, you can message the practice/rota manager directly to remind them to send you the pension form.
