CV requirements
As minimum criteria, your CV should contain:
- your full name
- your NMC/HCPC number
- details of where you studied and completed your training
- at least the last 3 years of work history if you finished your training a while ago

Referees/References
We advise having at least 2 referees' details available on your CV for Healthcare Providers should they wish to obtain a reference. Please only provide referees' details that you have prior consent from.
If you already have completed references, please upload these in the 'Reference 1' and/or 'Reference 2' document fields on your Lantum profile. Please make sure the references are within the last 3 years.
We do not contact referees as Lantum is not the employer. We have provided a blank reference form that you can download (please see bottom of page) and send to your referees.

When all three of your core documents (CV, passport and DBS) have been approved, the Clinical Governance Team will check any relevant governing body you are registered on for account approval.
