How do I change my email address?

For changes to your email address please send a request across to support@lantum.com

For security purposes, please make sure your request includes:

• Confirmation of the email address currently on your account
• Governing Body Number or practice code (if applicable)
• Contact number on the account
• Postcode linked to the account

Our Support team will then be able to action this for you.
