How long will my DBS check take?

On average, an enhanced DBS application through Lantum can take between 2 days and 3 weeks to be processed by the Disclosure and Barring Service. However, please note that the Disclosure and Barring Service has the right to keep your application for up to 90 days if they need to. 

Unfortunately, as the process is in the hands of the Disclosure and Barring Service, it cannot be chased by Lantum. We can provide you with an update regarding what stage your application is at.

Your enhanced DBS certificate will be posted directly to your address listed on the application after processing.
