Introduction
Once you have worked a shift, you will be prompted to update/confirm your timesheet.
As explained in the ‘How To Get Set Up In Response To The Vaccine Rollout’ help guide, your healthcare organisation should have confirmed with you whether you are being paid directly through them or via Lantum, please refer back to them if you are unsure of your payment status.
Confirming Your Timesheet
If you are being paid directly through the healthcare organisation (which is also referred to as ‘salaried’) then you need to confirm your timesheet.
All ‘salaried’ shifts completed will be seen by the healthcare organisation in their ‘Salaried Timesheets’ download, from this information they will make payment as per their payment standards. Some will have specific processes on payment, you should have seen an email from them explaining any specific processes.
Please note, your healthcare organisation will be able to answer specific questions about their payment processes and when you will be paid. Please direct any of these questions directly to them. |
If you are being paid via Lantum, you must invoice after each shift, in most cases payment will be next business day, as per our current free offering of Rocketpay, you can read more about this here.
For more information on how to confirm your timesheet, please find further guidance here: How do I get paid?
