This guide is here to help you understand how to use the Lantum platform, firstly you will need to be invited to join Lantum by a healthcare organisation
- If a healthcare organisation has asked you to sign up to Lantum, check your email for a message from them with your sign-up link
- If you haven’t received a sign-up link, please contact your healthcare organisation so that they can invite you
If you are already signed up, then please continue through the help guide to get set up and find work.
What is Lantum?
Lantum is a connected workforce platform that uses technology to simplify all aspects of healthcare staffing. Lantum’s easy-to-use tools will transform your day-to-day in healthcare and means you can manage your diary, whether that is finding work, seeing your booked jobs or creating your invoices, all this can be achieved on the go via your smartphone or via a desktop.

Profile Page And Documentation Requirements
Once signed in you are directed to your profile page.
If you are a GP, this page will allow you to upload documents if required by your healthcare organisation.
PLEASE NOTE, YOU MAY NOT BE REQUIRED TO UPLOAD DOCUMENTS.
Your healthcare organisation may have agreed with Lantum that you do not need to upload documents as they have checked them for you previously. Please refer to any email guidance sent directly by them. This is often referred to as ‘skip governance’.
For non-GPs your profile page should look like the below:
If you are not required to upload documents, you can head straight to the ‘Find Work’ page on your profile.
Adding Payment Details
Your healthcare organisation should have confirmed with you whether you are being paid directly through them or via Lantum, please refer back to them if you are unsure of your payment status.
If you are being paid via Lantum you will also need to set up your payment details, this can be done by heading to ‘My Account’. More information can be found on this help guide: How do I change my payment details?
