Our Clinical Governance team needs to review any compliance documents that are uploaded, to check that these are acceptable.

The team checks new documents every day (except weekends), we aim to have all documents checked within 24 hours, though this is usually much faster.
If your document is in line with our governance standards, we will approve this and you'll receive an email to let you know.
Any pending documents will show as yellow:
When your documents are approved, the document fields will turn green:
If we rejected your document for any reason, the fields will show as red and you'll see 'document' rejected' written on the right hand side:
The Clinical Governance team will also write a detailed reason of why your document has been rejected and what you will need to upload in replacement (please note these emails might go to your spam folder).
Please note that if one of your documents expires, the document field will also show as red, but you'll see 'document expired' written on the right hand side.
