How do I close my Lantum account?

We're very sorry to see you go! However, if you would like to completely close your Lantum account please email as much of the following information to support@lantum.com.

• Full name

• GMC/NMC / GPhC / HCPC number (if applicable)

• Email address linked to your Lantum account

• Reason for leaving Lantum

 *Please note completing this request will mean that your account and data will be permanently removed from Lantum. We require confirmation of the above details to make sure all relevant account information and data is removed.
