All locums must have their documents uploaded to their account in order to be approved and book sessions on Lantum. All documents are then checked and approved by our in-house Clinical Governance team.
When a locum applies for a session, you can view their documents by going to your pending applications and clicking on the session.
When you click on the session you'll be taken to their profile. Here you can view their Lantum profile and view and download their documents.
If you require additional documents from the locum you can send them a message via the Lantum messaging centre. You can do this by clicking Send Message underneath their profile picture.
If a locum has worked at your practice before you can view their documents by going to My Staff, searching their name and clicking View Profile.
Here, you can view and download their documents and view the rest of their profile.
