DRS allows Administrators to review and action reports and provides Guardians and DME’s with visibility of exceptions across their organisation.
Email Notification
When an exception report is submitted, you will receive an email notification. The email will indicate the Staff Member who submitted the Exception Report.
Viewing Exception Reports
- Click on the Home Drop Down menu on the top left hand-side of the screen
- Select View Exception Reports.
- This will present the following screen
- Click the Eye Icon to open the Exception Report.
- This will present the following screen
Once an exception has been submitted, it can be actioned by asking for additional information regarding the issue, agreeing and recording the appropriate action, or not agreeing with the exception.
Add Notes
- Click on Add Notes
- Complete the free text field marked Exception Report Note.
- Click Update to save.
- To view the added note, reopen the exception and the note will appear as below.
Agreeing an Exception
- Click the Eye Icon to open the Exception Report.
- Click on Agree.
- This will present the following screen
- Action – Select the required action from the dropdown of option
- If TOIL is selected the Amount of TOIL option will appear.
- Enter the amount of TOIL required.
- Click Agree
- If Additional Pay awarded to Staff is selected, the Additional Payment amount will be displayed
- Click Agree
- If No effect on time or pay is selected, no further information is displayed.
- Click Agree.
Not Agreeing with an Exception Report
- Select the Eye Icon to open the exception report to action
- This will present the following screen
- Click on Not Agree.
- This will present the following screen
- Click Not Agree
