Welcome to the Lantum (formerly Network Locum) platform! Once you have created your account, a member of our team will give you a call to make sure you’re completely comfortable navigating around the site, browsing jobs and booking work at the practice you have been invited by.
You can view all the sessions available at your regular practice by clicking the 'Jobs' tab at the top of the page in the blue bar.
On this page there are two tabs; 'Priority Access' and 'Practices I follow'.
On the 'Priority Access' tab you will be able to see jobs that the practice manager has chosen to give you special access to, for a set period of time. With Priority Access jobs you'll get first choice of the sessions available at the practice you have been invited by.
On the 'Practices / follow' tab you'll be able to see all sessions available at any of the practices you 'follow'. So if you work at other practices in addition to the practice that invited you to join Lantum, you can follow them and see all work available on one page. You can then narrow the search down to suit your preferences using the search tools on the left-hand side of the page. Tick or untick the days of the week you can work and slide the time adjustment to match the hours you are available.
Simply click on the job to view more details or click the blue 'Apply For' button if you want to apply and work the session. Once you have applied, a notification will be sent to the practice manager who will confirm once you are booked in.
It’s really important to us that all GPs using the site have the necessary and up to date documentation. Please take some time to upload a scan or good quality photo of the following documents to your profile or email them to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will upload them for you:
- CRB/DBS certificate (less than 3 years old)
- Medical Indemnity Cover
- Certificate of Completion of Training
- Photo for your profile
Just go to “My Profile” in the blue bar at the top of the page. To upload your documents click on 'Upload documents'.
