Firstly, to amend any part of your Lantum account click 'Your Account' in the top navigation bar on the site.
From here you will be taken to a page where you can amend a number of different account details. To update your email, password and account preferences go to 'Preferences'
Amending your email
To amend your email it is necessary to contact us at Lantum. There are two ways you can do this:
1. Use the 'email us' link.
2. Use the 'Chat with us!' web chat function. You can instantly chat with us and we can assist in changing your email.
Changing your password
To change your password, scroll down to the 'Password update' section, still under 'Preferences'.
You will then be taken to a form where you will have to enter your old password, and then your new password twice. Once you have entered the passwords click 'Change my password'.
Setting your availability to work
You can alter your availability to work preferences in order to only see available sessions specific days you would like to work.
It couldn't be easier, just select the days you like to work and leave the days you do not want to work blank.
