Unless you are signed up to Lantum's payment system, you will receive the Lantum service fee once a month. Your service fee invoice will be emailed to you in the first week of the following month. For example, you will receive your service fee invoice for all sessions completed in February, in the first week of March.
If you cannot find your service fee invoice, please contact our support team who will be able to locate it for you. Please send across the service fee invoice details you are missing to firstname.lastname@example.org.
