You have received an invoice or pension form from a GP but for you cannot find it and you need to download an additional copy.
It is very simple to access all previous invoices and pension forms that have been sent to you through the Lantum (formerly Network Locum) platform.

To download historic locum invoices, first go to your 'Billing' page.
From here you are taken to a page where all of the invoices sent to your practice are detailed.
Scroll through the invoices to find the session for which you need to download the pension form.
Once you have found the correct session, click either 'Invoice' or 'GP Pension Form' and your download will start automatically.
