Any pending documents will show as yellow (this means the team haven't got round to checking your newly uploaded documents yet):
When your documents are approved, the document fields will turn green:
If we rejected your document for any reason, the fields will show as red and you'll see 'document' rejected' written on the right hand side:
The Clinical Governance team will also write a detailed reason of why your document has been rejected and what you will need to upload in replacement (please note these emails might go to your spam folder).
