All your Clinical Governance documentation must be uploaded to your online profile. There are four documents required as a minimum before you can be fully approved and verified which are detailed here
Our in-house Clinical Governance team aim to check and give any feedback on your documents within 24 hours - sometimes even sooner. Providing everything is in order with your documentation, you can be approved in a matter of hours. The process may take a little longer if any amendments are needed.
You can also expect a call from one of our Clinical Governance team who will welcome you to the Lantum community and talk you through the basics of using the website or app.
