If under unforeseeable circumstances you must withdraw from a job* this must be done as soon as possible. This can be managed from your 'My Jobs' section, follow the simple steps below.
If you are NOT booked and confirmed for the job.
In ' My Jobs', click on 'Applications'. Find the Job that you would like to withdraw your application from and click 'withdraw'.
If you ARE booked and confirmed for the job
In ' My Jobs' you will arrive on the 'booked jobs' tab where you will find all your upcoming sessions. Next to the session you'd like to cancel, click 'cancel booking'.
As you have been booked and confirmed for this job you must now provide a valid reason for cancelling the session. This message will be sent directly to the practice manager so please explain your withdrawal in the form of a polite message.
You will receive confirmation of your withdrawal via email and at the top of the page.
If you have withdrawn from the session with 48 hours to go before the session is due to start, you must call the practice directly to notify them. You will find the details on the withdrawal page or you can contact Lantum (formerly Network Locum) and they can forward the direct contact details over to you.
* Withdrawing form jobs is taken very seriously by Lantum staff and practices. We reserve the right to remove locums from the site who do not act appropriately or cancel sessions without valid reason.
