Once a GP has created an invoice and pension form (if they claim a pension) after completing a session at your Practice you will be sent the documents immediately.
A copy is also stored in your billing page, to find them click ‘Billing’.
GUIDANCE: Paying invoices promptly and quickly increases your chances of finding GPs to work at your practice. We recommend that you regularly check the billing section for new invoices.
View all invoices that GPs have created and sent to you:
- For each job you can find the unique 6-digit session number and GPs full name. The Practice column is particularly helpful if you manage more than one practice.
- The date refers to the date the GP created the invoice. Click ‘download invoice’ to download a copy.
- Session total is the total owed to the GP.
- You might find it helpful to filter invoices by ‘Unpaid only’ at the top so you know which ones are outstanding.
If you cannot yet see an invoice from a GP, they may not have created one yet. Please wait for the invoice to be available, or if you need it quickly, please contact our Contact Support team.
The Lantum service fee invoice will be sent to you directly in the first week of the following month.
