If you require more documents from a GP, there are different ways you can request them. Watch the video below and read the rest of this article to find out how.
If the GP is booked in
If you have already accepted the GP's application, the best way to request their additional documentation would be to contact them directly via the Lantum (formerly Network Locum) site. You can do this by clicking on the session the GP is booked into then click 'send message'. For further instructions on how to do this please read our 'How do I contact a booked locum' FAQ.
If the GP application is pending
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and specify the documentation you need from the GP in this email and we will contact the GP on your behalf and request that they upload the documents to their profile.
If you would like all of the doctors that apply to your practice to have specific documents, we recommend that you detail all the documents that you need in the job description so that the doctors are aware when they are applying for your sessions.
