At the end of each month (unless you are using SurePay to pay your GPs), you'll receive an invoice from Lantum (formerly Network Locum) for the service fee due for your GP bookings in that month.
As a reminder, the Lantum service fee is paid only for GPs who are not your own. Your own GP contacts can be booked at no cost through the platform by adding them through your 'My Circles' section.
When you receive the invoice from Lantum, please check the total is correct, and then make payment by bank transfer to our account.
The Lantum bank details are visible on the bottom of the invoice that you will have received.
You must use the invoice number as the bank reference.
Cheques can be accepted, but please note we will add a processing charge to your next invoice of £1.50.
