GPs and Practice Managers can speak to each other about specific session details using the Lantum message centre. Click the ‘envelope icon’ in the top right-hand corner to open your message centre. All messages are stored here.
If there is something you need to know, you can contact the practice manager directly to ask them a question. Just go to 'Ask the practice a question' under Practice Details, further down the page. This opens a message between you and the practice manager, where you can ask any questions directly.
Please use the message centre for all your conversations about a session, as it helps to keep all the exchanges in a single, convenient conversation thread – and you will always have a record of them.
Each message corresponds to the session you are enquiring about:
In the subject column, you will see:
- The relevant session number
- Dates and times of the session
- Practice name
To read the thread click ‘Open Conversation’
Messages will be displayed in your message centre AND a copy will be emailed to your registered email address.
IMPORTANT: You may reply to a message directly from your email. Just hit ‘reply’ and type your message and click ‘send’. The reply will be sent to the other party, and a copy stored in your message centre for future reference.
